When will my order ship out?

Orders will ship between two to five business days after you order. We manually process every order from Tulsa, OK. We ship out Monday-Friday except holidays.  We opened our shipping options to list multiple carriers with a variety of price points depending on your timeline and it automatically lists the best rates available to you.

Do you offer an alternative shipping option for local people (ie. pick up or drop off)?

Yes - however it is a new option we are testing & currently only applies to a certain local radius in Tulsa, OK. It will automatically appear as an option to you if your address is eligible. It will be for contactless porch drop off only for a $4 fee.  You will also need to make sure you provide your mobile number and we will alert you after delivered. All local drop offs will be made between 12-6 PM. 

Can I recycle your packaging?

Yes, all orders are carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials in effort to support the planet’s sustainability.
-All our boxes & flat kraft mailers are sourced from over 80% recycled materials and are completely recyclable or reusable. 
-All waterproof poly mailers are made with 100% polyethylene material and are identified by recycling code 4, the symbol will be printed on the bags.

As many of our products are delicate we use alternative wrapping to keep them safe in shipping.
-We use 100% Recycled Kraft Paper made entirely from post-consumer & post-industrial content and is recyclable and naturally biodegradable. Made right here in the USA.   
-Our GreenWrap is a naturally biodegradable alternative to bubble wrap by offering similar cushioning and padded protection but is naturally biodegradable, compostable, SFI-certified, and fully recyclable.
-Our 100% hemp  twine is biodegradable, and compostable.

We also save all packing/void fill and boxes from the original shipments we receive and reuse them first in an effort to always repurpose first. 

We encourage you to continue the cycle that when you receive your shipments from us and please either reuse or recycle them. 

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate international orders.  We are just starting out and figuring out the best way cost wise.  All the shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the item weights and available options.  If something ends up being less than the charged amount we will issue a refund for the overage. 

Can you help with personalized suggestions/curated gifts/gift baskets/etc.?

Absolutely! We will need to make sure we can accommodate your timeline so for custom gifts please allow us 48 hours to assemble and ship.  Shipping can take 3-10 business days depending on what carrier you select so please be mindful of this as we cannot be control that part.

Send us an email with the subject of what service you need and let us know the following:
1. Who the products are for.
2. What likes/dislikes/allergies does the person have?
3. Budget & time frame
4. If you would like it gift wrapped (+$4 fee)
5. Any additional information you feel is important.

Help! How do I change the shipping address?

Just send us an email as soon as possible with “CHANGE ADDRESS” in the subject line.  We can only change it before the items have been shipped out and you have received the shipping confirmation.  If you need to change it after this you can contact the shipping carrier you selected in check out and they should be able to accommodate based on their varying policies.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only before you’ve received your shipping confirmation. To cancel your order, be sure to email us as soon as possible and make sure the subject line says “CANCEL ORDER.” We will take it from there & can cancel/void your order in full.  Electronic refunds may take up to 2-3 business days or longer if it falls on a holiday, weekend, or according to your banks terms. 

What if I’ve received a damaged item?

Oh no! Please email us within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and any photos you can share of the damage (include the package condition upon arrival photos too please)—we’ll set you up with a replacement or refund ASAP!

RETURN POLICY
We work hard to carry & create the best products for our customers. We want you to be happy with your order & we strive to make it right if you are not.

GUIDELINES:
If you are not satisfied with your order please email us within 10 days of delivery and we will refund your order minus shipping expenses.

Please include the reason for your return & photos of the condition of the products (If they were damaged upon arrival see that FAQ section above.). 
We can only accept returns of items on-site in new/mint condition.

1.We require all returned items to be packed carefully to maintain the current condition during transit.
2.The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as mentioned above & once the item is received by us we will process your return.

Sending back items:
We cannot accept back items on-site that have been opened, used, or worn at all due to safety & sanitary procedures. After sending us all the necessary information, photos, and confirmation that your refund has been processed you may dispose of  items independently as you wish.

If you are returning other miscellaneous items like paper products: prints, cards, or stickers email us within 10 days of receiving it and we’ll send you a return label. *You are responsible for return shipping cost, packing, and terms as listed above*
